River Inn is housed in three distinct historic structures,
each on a different location on this 100-acre estate. Our historic
Virginia inn property includes the Creek
House, Toddsbury Cottage, and Toddsbury Guest House. All
are on the water, at the ends of private lanes, with
exquisite views and river access. Every room offers its
own ambiance and appeal, with 18th and 19th century English and
American family antiques, private baths, air conditioning, and
telephones. From a single room to a complete house, from an intimate
honeymoon guesthouse all to yourself to facilities for meeting
groups up to twenty, we can tailor our accommodations to fit your

Creek House - $155 to $210/night
In addition to offering convivial common rooms, Creek House features four guest rooms, two of which have their own entrances for added privacy.
Toddsbury Cottage - $245 to $255/night
(for two; $35 for each additional person, up to maximum of
five.)
The most private of the inn buildings, it has two fireplaces, a full kitchen in the downstairs rooms and upstairs, a queen canopied 4-poster bed, two additional twin-bedded rooms that can accommodate a family of five.
Toddsbury Guest House- $225 to $235/night
An exquisite gem,
our Guest House provides an exceptionally elegant private retreat with a richly appointed sitting room downstairs. Upstairs is the bedroom with four-poster, canopied queen bed, sitting area,
fireplace, and sweeping views of the river.

At the North River Inn, we welcome families with children under
twelve at Toddsbury Cottage. Come and enjoy a retreat with your
children, in activities that recall an earlier time : fishing,
crabbing, canoeing, walking, reading books and playing games.
Daylong excursions to Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown, and the
historic Northern Neck are all easily accomplished from the Inn.
